My name is Adonna Pruette and I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist located in Charlotte, North Carolina. I offer Swedish massage, Neuromuscular massage therapy (NMT), aromatherapy, and now Japanese Hot Stone Foot Massage. I also offer gift certificates and can occasionally be persuaded to do an outstanding event of chair massage for corporate functions, events, and trade shows. I have a beautiful, cozy, upscale office located on East Blvd. in the Dilworth / South End community, near Paper Skyscraper.
The short list of my specialties includes chronic pain, headaches/migraines, insomnia, chronic stress, relaxation retraining, sciatica, back pain, postural pain, client education, and body maintenance. I see many of my clients on a regular basis ranging from once a week (or twice in severe cases) up to once every 4 - 6 weeks.
You shall find your appointment with me to be more relaxed, unrushed, and unhurried than any salon, day spa, or clinic than you have ever been to. I take your time and your body very seriously. I enjoy meeting my clients wherever they are at in terms of their body and mind when they walk through my door, regardless of whether it is sleeplessness, stress, tension, knots or whatever else happens to be going on with your body the day of your appointment.
Professional therapeutic massage is very effective for helping to alleviate: chronic stress, sleeplessness / insomnia, headaches / migraines, low back pain, muscle soreness / tension, anxiety, sciatica / psuedo-sciatica, foot cramps (and muscle cramps in general), and more.
